It’s that time of year when everyone around you is saying “Happy Holidays,” but you may be thinking how unhappy your holidays are this year. If you are coping with loss, here are nine tips for surviving the holidays.

My hope is that these blogs will help validate and normalize grief. Loss is a universal experience, but too many of us flounder in the face of grief and are left wondering if we are doing it “right” or if we are going crazy.
