Welcome to My Blog!

I am very excited to begin blogging here and to share my thoughts on grief with you.

My hope is that these blogs will help validate and normalize grief. Loss is a universal experience, but too many of us flounder in the face of grief and are left wondering if we are doing it “right” or if we are going crazy.

It’s time to speak openly about how loss affects our lives. Grief may be a difficult topic, but we can and should educate ourselves about it because if we learn to grieve well we will learn to live well.

Thanks for visiting my blog today. I hope you come back again soon!

Grieve Well . . . Live Well
